Most Major Insurances Accepted!

Understanding your insurance coverage

Anagenesis Spine & Pain Medicine was founded by a physician with a devout passion: to deliver the most advanced and technologically up-to-date spine and back pain treatment in a stress-free environment.

Our commitment to exceptional care and its compassionate delivery to you require that we remain free from the restraints that in-network insurance policies can place on your doctor when deciding your treatment plan.

Insurance carriers refer to Anagenesis Spine & Pain Medicine as an out-of-network provider.

This does not mean that we do not accept your insurance, but rather, it means that we do not have a contract with your health insurance.

However, if you have an insurance policy with out-of-network benefits (i.e., a PPO policy), you have the additional benefit of visiting private physicians and private surgical facilities that are outside of your insurance carrier’s network.

“We strongly believe in offering the most state-of-the-art treatments to our patients.”

We accept most major insurances with the exception of the following:

  • BlueCross
  • BlueCross BlueShield
  • 1199 SEIU
  • Medicaid
  • HIP
  • Oscar

Our staff will verify your insurance immediately.

Why go to an out-of-network provider?

We choose to stay out-of-network with insurance companies to maintain flexibility in optimizing your treatment. By remaining out-of-network, we can tailor our care plan to your needs, and not the needs of your insurance carrier.

In contrast, in-network medical practices are contractually obligated to adhere to the HMOs’ stringent rules regarding where, when, and by whom a procedure is authorized to be performed – sometimes right down to the specifics of how a particular procedure can be performed.

Insurance carriers are also slow to embrace new treatments and diagnostic tools, and we strongly believe in offering the most state-of-the-art back pain treatments to our patients.

“Choose a surgeon who you can communicate with and who will help you understand the many different issues.”
